Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that, during the pendency of the present Writ Petition there are certain subsequent developments such as filing of complaint and filing of habeas corpus petition by the Petitioner. In view of the subsequent developments, he seeks withdrawal of the present Writ Petition and pursue the remedy before the Family Court. Both the parties consent that the matter can be expedited before the Family Court.
