Ms. Deepa Punde, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the issues raised in this petition are covered by the decision of this court in Writ Petition No.2085 of 2021 disposed of on 24 March 2022 (Exhibit-I of this petition). 3.

In addition to the usual mode of service, private service/ humdust is allowed. The petitioner to file affidavit of service. 4.

The respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are directed to file reply latest by 17 April 2025. The rejoinder if any to be filed by 30 April 2025.
