The challenge in this petition is to order passed by Joint Registrar Cooperative Society (Milk) thereby granting stay to the appointment of administrator.

Learned AGP, on instructions, states that the committee of administrator have taken charge, however, record of the society has not been handed over to the administrative committee. 3.

It appears that the appellate authority has fixed the appeal on 07.04.2025.

It is, therefore, directed that the appellate authority shall decide the appeal within one week from 07.04.2025.

Till the decision of the appeal, the status-quo as of today shall be maintained by the parties.
