Having heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner as well as the APP for the Respondent, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner be permitted to make another representation to Respondent No. 1 - State of Maharashtra, upon the setting aside of the undated order passed by Respondent No. 4 (Exhibit-Z) to the petition. 2.

Learned AGP, on instructions, states that Respondent No. 1 - State of Maharashtra is the appropriate authority to decide the representation of the Petitioner. In the event, a representation is made by the Petitioner in terms of the prayer sought in the petition, Respondent No. 1 shall decide the same Mayur 1/2

2 3-WP-4364-2025 (C).doc within a period of four weeks from the receipt of the representation. The statement is accepted.

In view of the above, the Petitioner shall file a fresh representation in terms of prayer clauses (C) and (D) in the present writ petition within a period of one week from today. The undated order of Respondent No. 4 (Exhibit-Z) to the petition is accordingly set aside. In the event that a representation is made by the Petitioner, the same shall be decided by the State of Maharashtra within a period of four weeks from the receipt of the representation.
