The petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide her Tribe claim as early as possible. Admittedly, the Tribe claim of the petitioner is pending before respondent No.2/Committee, which is yet to be decided. Further, the petitioner is already protected by the order of this Court dated 1st April 2025.

The learned A.P.P. submits that respondent No.2/committee is ready to decide Tribe claim of the petitioner within six months. 4.

In view of the same, the petition stands disposed of with

(2) 74- W.P. No. 4367-2025.odt direction to respondent No.2/ Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the Tribe claim of the petitioner within six months from the date of this order. We made it clear that till the decision of Tribe claim of the petitioner, he should not be terminated.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
