Mr. Rajani learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has sought amendment of the above Writ Petition to join the borrower. 2.
The Petitioner shall carry out amendment of the Writ Petition to join the borrower as Party Respondent and which shall be carried out by tomorrow. Re-verification is dispensed with.
