Admittedly, the pension proposal of the deceased husband of petitioner No.1 is pending with respondent No.1. Respondent No.1 is, therefore, directed to take decision on the said proposal of husband of petitioner No.1 within a period of twelve weeks from today, on it's own merits and communicate the decision to the petitioners and respondent Nos.3 and 4. 3.
