In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner inter-alia, seeks to quash and set aside the order of rejection dated 15th June 2022 issued by Respondent No.1 and seeks a direction to the Respondent to reconsider the application submitted by the Petitioner for allotment of a plot of an area admeasuing 375 sq. meters. on priority basis.

After arguing the matter to some extent, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly submits that the appropriate remedy for the Petitioner in the facts and circumstances of the case is to seek review of the order dated 5th January 2024.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the liberty to the Petitioner take recourse to the remedy of review to seek review of the order dated 5th January 2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 10085 of 2023.
