__________ Mr. Sohan Gunjal for Petitioners.

__________ CORAM :

G. S. KULKARNI & ADVAIT M. SETHNA, JJ.

DATE :

30 APRIL 2025.

P.C.:

1.

We have heard Mr. Gunjal, learned counsel for the petitioners as also Mr. Narvankar, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4 and Mr. Patel, learned Add.G.P. for respondent nos.6 and 7.

2.

Mr. Narvankar has drawn our attention to inspector's report dated 15 April 2025 inter alia recording that the elections of the trust were held on 01 April 2025 and 12 candidates as set out in penultimate paragraph of the said report have been declared to be elected. In this view of the matter, in our opinion, the prayers as made in the petition in that regard have become infructuous. 3.

In the event the petitioners have any grievance in regard to the elections, the petitioners may espouse an appropriate remedy as may be available in law and/or contest the change report. All contentions of the parties in that regard are expressly kept open.

4.

Disposed of. No costs.
