If the Respondent No. 4 wishes to file any reply, the same should be filed and served latest by 09 May 2025. 6.

Similarly, if any of the other Respondents, including the newly impleaded Respondents wish to file any replies, they should file and serve such replies by 09 May 2025. Rejoinder, if any, to be served by 31 May 2025.

List the matter on 12 June 2025.

In addition to the usual mode of service, private service/humdast is allowed. The Petitioners to file affidavit of service.

Considering the history of litigations, we direct that until the next date, all parties should maintain status-quo in so far as the land described in paragraph No. 13 of the Writ Petition No. 4483 of 2025 is concerned.
