Mr Pawar presently appears for Respondent Nos. 1 and

2. However, the Petitioner alleges that Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 are undertaking works in the Petitioners' property without any acquisition.

Accordingly, Mr Pawar is requested to obtain instructions from Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 regarding allegations made in the Petition. If the Officers are not willing to give instructions to him, then, they are requested to appear 3 April 2025

Mr Kanchanpurkar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he will also give notice to Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 about today's order.

Mr Kancharpurkar states that Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 were personally served twice in this matter through email. He says that an Affidavit of Service will be filed in this Court. 6.
