By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks expedite hearing of the Applications for withdrawal of the Suit and the Chamber Summons ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL taken out by Respondent No.2 to implead him as the Plaintiff in the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.04.09 10:53:36 +0530 Suit, which the original Plaintiff seeks to withdraw. 3.

By an order dated 26th November 2024, this Court has requested the Trial Court to decide those Applications together and pass appropriate orders on merits. The Court is informed that the matter is posted before the learned Judge, City Civil Court on 21st April 2025. The learned Judge, City Civil Court is requested to hear and decide 1/2

The parties shall render necessary co-operation in the disposal of the Application and Chamber Summons.
