Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

By this Petition, the only relief prayed for and sought for by the Petitioner reads thus :- 1/3

"(A-1) : This Hon'ble Court be pleased issue a Writ of Mandamus or Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order and/or direction to the Respondents 1, 2, 3 and 4, their subordinates, servants, agents, or any other person acting on behalf of or under its instruction, to transmit the shares of Respondent No.4, corresponding to Folio No.K000010281 and K000009870, standing in the name of the Petitioner's Late father, Mr.Kersasp Framji Dalal alias Mr.Kersi Framji Dalal, along with all dividends accrued in respect thereof, to the Petitioner, within 30 days or such other period as may be deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court."

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 states that subject to the Petitioner submitting all documents, the said Authority will process the transmission of shares as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within six months from today. As far as learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are concerned, they submit that the said Respondents have supplied everification report as is necessary to the Respondent No.1. The said e-verification report of the said Respondents is at Exhibit-L to the Petition.

Considering the aforesaid, we allow the Petition and direct the Respondent No.1 to complete the entire process within 2/3

three months from the date of submission of all the documents as are necessary, which according to the Petitioner, he has already submitted.

The Petition is allowed and disposed of accordingly on the aforesaid terms.

Stand over to 5th January, 2026 for recording compliance of the order.

7.

All parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
