The learned Advocate, Mr. Chavan, appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 1 submits that the Petitioner had filled in the form incorrectly and had shown an amount of only Rs. 35,000/- and odd. Now, the Petitioner submits that the amount to be paid to him is Rs. 2,80,000/-, as on date. The Petitioner admits his mistake and submits that he would re-fill Form No. 5, by following the due procedure laid down in law within two weeks from today. Rohit Ghuge - PA

Mr. Chavan submits that after the online form is filled in, the amount would be disbursed by making a proper calculation, within a period of 30 days thereafter.

In view of the above, we note that if the Petitioner does not fill the online form within 15 days, Respondent No. 1 would not be under the embargo of making the clearance of the payment within 30 days.

If the Petitioner complies with the statement made by him, Respondent No. 1 would be obliged to clear the amount after due verification within a period of 30 days, failing which the conduct would be considered as contemptuous.

Respondent No. 3 and 4 would accordingly issue the E-verification Report within two weeks after receipt of Form 5 from the Petitioner. Upon verification of the claim by Respondent No. 3 and 4, the certificate would be issued within a period of 30 days thereafter, by Respondent No. 1.
