In this petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 30th January, 2025 by which the work order dated 29th November, 2024 issued in favour of the petitioner has been cancelled on the ground that the complaints have been received with regard to petitioner's work and the petitioner has failed to obtain a Project Recognition Certificate from the Animal Welfare Board of India for undertaking an independent project.

Issue notice to the respondents, except respondent no.4 for the present, returnable within three weeks. 3.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appears and waives service for respondent no.3.
