At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to amend the petition so as to correct the cause title of the petition in accordance with the draft amendment handed in. 3.

Necessary amendment in accordance with the draft amendment handed in and 'marked-X' be carried out forthwith. 5.

Re-verification is dispensed with.

An arguable question as to whether a mandatory injunction to hand over possession of the suit property, at an interim stage, in the absence of prayer for the mandatory injunction, could have been varsha

Issue notice to the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 5 to 7, for final disposal, returnable on 16th June 2025.
