The learned Advocate Shri. Gaikwad, who was requested by the Court to assist in this matter since he is on the panel of the Thane Zilla Parishad, tenders a compilation of 14 pages with a covering letter dated 8th April, 2025 addressed to him by the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad Thane. He submits that
the Zilla Parishad is working on the outstanding payments of the professional fees to be made to the learned Advocates representing the instrumentality. He submits that some payments are likely to be made in 48 hours and the rest of the payments of the professional fees of the appearing Lawyers would be cleared within a period of 60 days.

The learned Senior Advocate Shri. Pakale expresses his gratitude to the learned Advocate Shri. Gaikwad for his quick response. We appreciate the response of Shri. Gaikwad. 3.
In order to make things easy for an institution like the Zilla Parishad Thane before us, as well as all institutions/instrumentalities, we are referring to a judgment dated 2nd February, 2018 delivered by the Single Judge Bench of this Court at Aurangabad in Miscellaneous Civil Application No.244 of 2017 (Shital Krushna Dhake versus Krushna Dagdu Dhake), wherein the Single Judge Bench has recorded that a printout of an order from the Official Website of the Bombay High Court, can be cited in proceedings before the District Judiciary/Trial Courts. Unless on verification, it is noticed that the copy of the order is
fictitious, the Trial Courts would rely on the same. 4.
Therefore, we record that the professional Lawyers appearing on behalf of the State instrumentalities or public bodies or local Authorities or local Government, as well as the State Government, etc., would be at liberty to take a printout of the orders from the Official Website of the Bombay High Court and deliver them to their clients. Such instrumentalities/clients are at liberty to verify such orders with the click of the mouse or even by scanning the neutral QR Code which is noticed on the order-sheet and verify the order. This can be done in minutes. Thereafter, their professional fees shall be cleared preferably within a period of 30 days. 5.
With the above observations which should be considered by the aforesaid Authorities for positive action, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
