By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought for a direction to the Respondent No.3 to take effective steps for re-execution and reimplementation of the order dated 18th December 2023, passed by the learned District Magistrate, Pune under Section 14 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002 and restore possession of the property being Flat No. 102, Amrut Building 687, Pulachi Wadi, Deccan Gymkhana, Near Shivsena Bhawan, Pune City, Pune - 411 004 with the police help of Respondent No.5 ------------------------------------- Order dated 27th November 2025

AU Small Finance Bank Ltd. vs. State Writ Petition No. 4522.2025 by evicting the Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 - Borrowers and/or any person occupying the said premises. Further, direction is sought to Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 - Borrowers to remove the immovable assets/house hold items from the said premises.

The learned Counsel appears for Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 - Borrowers and states on instructions that Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 - Borrowers will hand over vacant possession of the said premises on or before 15th December 2025. The statement is accepted. 3.

In view of the above statement, which has been accepted by this Court, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

The Writ Petition shall be placed for compliance on 16th December 2025.
