The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has tendered Affidavit of non compliance of Order dated 27th November, 2025, which Affidavit is dated 16th December, 2025, and is taken on record.

The Advocates for the Petitioner are permitted to correct the same in said Affidavit and initial the same) states that Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 seek extension of time for compliance of the Order dated 27th November, 2025. 3.
Thereafter, upon showing our disinclination to grant further time, he has submitted that Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 will abide by the orders passed by this Court.

We direct the Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 to remain present on the next date.

The Writ Petition shall be placed on 19th December, 2025 on the Supplementary Board.
