By a praecipe bearing today's date, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner has referred to the order dated 16th December 2025 by which this matter was to be placed today on Supplementary Board. This Court had directed Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 to remain present today. This Court had also shown its disinclination to grant further time to Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 for handing over physical possession of the secured asset viz. Flat No. 102, ------------------------------------- Order dated 19TH December 2025

WP 4522.2025 AU Small Finance Bank vs. State Amrut Building, 687, Pulachi Wadi, Deccan Gymkhana, Near Shivsena Bhawan, Pune City, Pune - 411 004 and had directed them to abide by the orders of this Court. The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 had stated that Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 will abide by the order of this Court. 3.

The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 today states that Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 are present in Court. He further states on their instructions that Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 will hand over physical possession of the secured asset viz. Flat No. 102, Amrut Building, 687, Pulachi Wadi, Deccan Gymkhana, Near Shivsena Bhawan, Pune City, Pune - 411 004 to the Petitioner - Bank tomorrow i.e. 20th December 2025 at 10 a.m. The Statement is accepted.

In view of the above statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Writ Petition shall be placed for compliance on 22nd December 2025.
