The petitioners seek a direction to be issued to the Sub-Divisional Officer to consider the prayer for interim relief as made in the Revision Application dated 24.03.2025 preferred by the petitioners under Section 23 of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act, 1906. In the said Revision Application, order dated 17th December 2024 is under challenge. 2.

Considering the fact that directions have been issued against the petitioners by the Tahsildar, it is directed that the Petitioners' application for stay / interim relief be considered within a period of ten days from receiving copy of this order. To facilitate consideration of the stay / interim relief application, the petitioners shall appear through their Advocate before the Sub-Divisional Officer on 9th April 2025 at 11:00 a.m. 1/2 903-WP-4529-2025.doc Dixit

The application for interim relief be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
