Considering the nature of dispute as sought to be raised by the petitioner vis-a-vis Respondent nos.3, 4, 6, 7 and 8, the present proceedings are referred for mediation to explore the possibility of an amicable solution.

As per the suggestion of the learned counsel for the parties, Mr. Rajendra Anbhule, Advocate, is appointed as Mediator. The representatives of the Petitioner and Respondent no.3 shall accordingly appear before the Mediator on 9th April 2025 at 2:00 p.m. to enable an attempt to be made to resolve the dispute. The expenses for mediation shall be equally borne by the parties.
