By the order dated 08.04.2025, the parties were referred for Mediation. Today the learned Counsel for the parties have tendered the Consent Terms duly signed by the parties and their learned Counsel along with mediation report. Both the Consent Terms and mediation report are taken on record and marked "A" for identification. 2.

We have perused the said Consent Terms and are satisfied that by virtue of the terms contained therein, the interest of justice is served. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to this Court.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The parties shall act accordingly. 4.

Prayer clause (a) in the Writ Petition stands redressed. With liberty to the Petitioner to pursue prayer clause (b) in accordance with law, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Prayer clause (b) reads as under:

"b) That pending the hearing and final disposal of the petition this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No.9 to allow the Petitioner to fill the exam form as a private candidate for the Cambridge's IGCSE examination that is to begin from 25th April 2025 and delay in the application process or administrative process, if any, related to appearing for the IGCSE examination to be condoned."
