The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions submits that on 28.03.2025 the Collector, Palghar has decided the proceedings under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. She therefore submits that the purpose of filing the Writ Petition is served. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 3.

It is open for the parties aggrieved by the order dated 28.03.2025 passed by the Collector to challenge the same in accordance with law. 4.

The Interim Application is also disposed of.
