The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Recovery Officer for seeking benefit of Section 44A of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 in the matter of payment of interest on the outstanding loan amount.
