In all these Petitions, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned AGPs jointly submit that, considering Gauri Gaekwad

3 to 5.WP-4565-2025.odt that the Petitioners are employed in a Junior College and their pending proposals have to be considered under Rule 41-A of the Maharashtra Employees Of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981 by the Deputy Director of Education, all these Petitions can be disposed off.

In view of the above, all these Petitions are disposed off.

Let the Deputy Director of Education follow the due procedure laid down in law and decide the said proposals with reasoned orders, within a period of 90 days from today, on their own merits, without referring to those Circulars/Government Resolutions which have been set aside by the orders of the High Court.
