This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the following substantive relief :- "b. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of certiorari and or any other appropriate writ, order and or direction and to quash and aset aside the impugned illegal stone crusher closure order dated 7 March 2025 issued by the Ld. Tahsildar of Gadhinglaj; so also to quash and set aside the impugned notice dt. 24 March 2025 in the interest of justice."

Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioners has fairly stated that the impugned order dated 7 March 2025 has now been withdrawn by the respondent authorities. A communication to that effect is issued by the Mayur Adane, PA

In this view of the matter, the grievances of the petitioners as asserted in this petition, stands redressed. The petition accordingly would not warrant further adjudication.

We dispose of the petition keeping open all the contentions of the parties.
