Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has made a representation on 09/09/2024 to the respondent no.3District Commandant, Home Guard Office, Thane for revocation of suspension. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks direction to respondent no.3 to decide the representation dated 09/09/2024 at the earliest.

In this view of the matter, we direct respondent no.3 to decide the issue of revocation of suspension in accordance with rules and regulations within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
