Challenge in this writ petition is to an order passed by the Appellant Authority challenging petitioners' appeal arising out of an order passed under Section 77A of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

The petitioners have remedy of revision before the State Government. However, considering facts of the case, the petitioners are at liberty to file revision within one week from today.

If the revision is filed within one week from today, the Revisional Authority shall decide the revision within six weeks from the date of filing such revision.

With this clarification, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
