In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :- "a.
This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing and setting aside the decision of Respondent Corporation thereby disqualifying the Petitioner from the bid in respect of tender notice no.40-04/2024-25 to 40-08/2024-25. b.
This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ in nature of mandamus thereby directing the Respondent Corporation to withdraw the decision of Respondent Corporation thereby disqualifying the Petitioner from the bid in respect of tender notice no.40-04/2024-25 to 4008/2024-25. c.
This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ in nature of mandamus thereby directing the Respondent Corporation to open the Bid submitted 1/2
JPP 19. WP 4592.2025.doc by the Petitioner in respect of tender notice no.40-04/2024-25 to 40-08/2024-25 bearing Tender Id No.2025_PCMCP_1150946_1,2025_PCMCP_1150946_2, 2025_PCMCP_1150946_3, 2025_PCMCP_115-946_9 and 2025_PCMCP_1150946_10.

Pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Writ Petition, the Respondent Corporation and/or their officers, servants, employees be restrained by an order of injunction from acting in any manner in furtherance of issuing any work order in favour of Respondent Nos.3 and 4 in respect of tender notice no.40-04/2024-25 to 40-08/2024-25.

Pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Writ Petition, the Respondent Corporation and/or their officers, servants, employees be restrained by any order of injunction from issuing any work order in favour of the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 in respect of tender notice no.40-04/2024-25 to 4008/2024-25." 2.
The learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that issue involved in this Petition is squarely covered by order dated 29th April 2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 4589 of 2025 and other connected matters.

In view of aforesaid submission and for the reasons assigned in the said order, the Corporation is directed to consider the technical bid of the Petitioner in the light of the documents filed by the Petitioner along with its bid and take a fresh decision by a speaking order. 4.
