Considering the fact that the impugned order is interim in nature, it will be in the interest of justice that the Appellate Authority, i.e. the Additional Commissioner be directed to decide Grampanchayat Appeal No.43 of 2025 scheduled to be held on 17 April 2025 within a week from 17 April 2025.
