Heard the learned Advocate for the parties for some time. 2.

This application is filed for vacating the interim relief granted by this Court by its order dated 3rd April 2025. The main petition is filed against the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister, Village Development, State of Maharashtra granting stay to the order passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Chh. Sambhajinagar dated 7th August 2024. 3.

Considering the nature of the petition, this Court finds that the petition can be conveniently disposed off by following order:

ORDER

(i) The Hon'ble Minister to decide the appeal bearing No.VPM2024/Pra.Kra.118/P.R.6, within six weeks from today. (ii) With this, writ petition stands disposed off. (iiii) In view of disposal of the writ petition, civil applications, if any, pending also stand disposed off.

(iv) Interim relief granted earlier to continue till disposal of the appeal.

(v) Parties to appear before the Hon'ble Minister on 6th May 2025.
