1] The learned counsel for the respondent no.1-University on instructions submits that in the facts of the present case, the University would undertake second re-valuation of the petitioner's answer paper in the subject "Interpretation of Statutes" for the Semester VIII Course that is being pursued by the petitioner. The communication to that effect dated 08/05/2025 is taken on record and marked "A" for identification. 2] In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (c) which reads as under:- (c) That by Writ of Mandamus and/or by appropriate Writ, Direction and Order, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct Respondent BDP-SPS 1/2
2 909-WP-4626-25.doc No. 1 to 5 to provide a 2nd Revaluation Opportunity of the subject Interpretation of Statutes of Semester VIII to the Petitioner as per the provisions prayed in the above mentioned prayer clause (b);
3] Necessary steps be taken accordingly and outcome thereof be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid direction.
