After this matter was argued for some time Mr Rastogi, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, based on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to pursue the matter before the Tribunal.

At Mr Rastogi's request, we record that if any application is made for interim relief, the Tribunal may consider disposing it of expeditiously, since Mr Rastogi points out that the Petitioner's bank account has been frozen. 4.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in the above terms.
