On 17th June 2025, we had disposed of the aforesaid Petition, by giving a direction to the Respondent No.2-Joint Charity Commissioner, Worli, Mumbai to decide the Applications pending before it expeditiously within three weeks from the date of receipt of the said order.

Today, the matter was kept for recording compliance. Learned AGP states that parties have been filing several documents, as a result of which, the Charity Commissioner could not decide the Applications within the stipulated period.
