The learned Government Pleader submits on instructions that the hearing in the Appeal under Rule 10 (5) of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Market Committee (Election to Committee) Rules, 2017 is pending before Respondent No.1. The Appellants have concluded their submissions. The submissions of the other stakeholders is yet to be recorded.

The learned Government Pleader submits that if there is no further date of hearing granted, Respondent No.1 would issue notice to all

2 909.WP.4735.25.odt the stakeholders and schedule the date of hearing in the matter at the earliest. If the date is already scheduled, the hearing would progress from that date. After the hearing is concluded, a Judgment would be delivered on merits on 31.07.2025.
