The Petitioner has been terminated from service vide order dated 4th September, 2024. An Appeal preferred by her was dismissed on 29th November, 2024.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent Nos.2 and 3, Life Insurance Corporation, submits that after the Appeal of the Petitioner was dismissed, she has preferred a Memorial, which is permissible under Rule 7, sub-rule (4) of the Life Insurance Corporation of India (Revision of Certain Terms and Conditions of Gauri Gaekwad

905.WP-4737-2025.odt Service) Rules, 2009. The said Memorial is under consideration. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with the observation that the said Memorial shall be dealt with the said Respondent, by following the due procedure laid down in law, and preferably within the timeline prescribed under the Rules. If no timeline is prescribed, we would expect the Life Insurance Corporation to deal with the said Memorial within a period of 60 days from today.
