The impugned order dated 29th April, 2024 is not an order of rejection of the proposal. Pursuant to the said direction, the Management has already tendered its explanation. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the Education Officer will follow the due procedure laid down in law and decide the proposal on its merits within 60 days.
