The learned A.G.P. submits that considering the nature of the dispute and the relief being claimed, the petitioners should be satisfied if their revision preferred before the Divisional Commissioner under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, is directed to be decided at the earliest.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no.5 to decide the petitioners revision (Exh. C) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six months.
