By way of the present Petition, the Petitioner impugns what is stated to be unauthorised construction carried out within the municipal limits of Grampanchayat Mhapan.

Mr. Khandeparkar, Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner invited our attention to various photographs of what is stated to be unauthorised construction and submits that the same has been carried out on the land including on the sewerage line. If this is so, it is indeed a matter of grave concern.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.6 to 9 seek time to take instructions and file Affidavit in Reply. Let the same be filed on or before 4th July 2025.
