Reply Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.9 of Mrs. Aakansha Vishwanath Chavan, Sarpanch of the Grampanchayat is taken on record. It is also served on the learned Advocate for the Petitioner as also learned Advocates for the Respondents.

On behalf of the Respondents, a request is made for an adjournment to take instructions and to place Reply Affidavit on record. 3.
Stand over to 15th July 2025(HOB).

Leave to amend to implead the Grampachayat as a party Respondent as only Sarpanch may not suffice. Amendment to be carried by tomorrow, viz., 9th July 2025. Amended copy of the Petition be served on all parties. 08 July 2025 Mugdha

In the meantime we direct that the Grampanchayat shall maintain status quo and shall not accept any application either of regularisation or assessment in respect of the said structure. Any resolution if any in this regard shall also remain stayed.
