2] The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner no.2College, seeking permission to fill-up one vacant Seat in the subject of MD-General Medicine.

3] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner in Writ Petition No.3596 of 2025 has tendered an Undertaking in the matter of payment of fees, she can be admitted on the vacant Seat with a direction to the respondent no.4 - National Medical Commission to regularise her admission. 2 504 WP-4853-2025.doc 4] Considering the fact that by virtue of the ad-interim order passed earlier in Writ Petition No.3596 of 2025, one Seat in the MD-General Medicine Course that was directed to be kept vacant is now being filled-up by the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.3596 of 2025, the purpose of filing the present writ petition stands served. 5] However, since the cut off date for filling the vacant seats was 20/03/2025, the Respondent no.4 - National Medical Commission is directed to take steps to regularise the admission of the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.3596 of 2025. Since the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.3596 of 2025 has now secured her admission, it be construed as admission made on a vacant Seat for the Academic Year 2024-25. 6] The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in above terms. No costs.
