We have passed the orders granting ad-interim reliefs on this petition on 9 April 2025. Thereafter on 16 April 2025 when the proceedings were listed before us, we had permitted amendment as also made the following observations in paragraph 3 of the said order:

We may also observe that actions were taken despite the interim order passed by us. In such context, remedial measures, be taken in the electronic customer data."
We are informed that an action on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 was taken prior to 9 April 2025. Paragraph 3 be accordingly read. 2.
The remedial measures however, would be required to be taken considering the ad-interim reliefs granted in this petition. It be taken within two weeks. 3.
Ad-interim order passed earlier shall continue to operate till the adjourned date of hearing.

Accordingly list the proceedings on 18 June 2025. To be listed alongwith Writ Petition No.4682 of 2025.
