Learned advocate for the petitioner undertakes to remove office objections within a period of two (2) weeks from today, failing which the matter shall stand dismissed in default without further reference to the Court.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent No.2 to grant renewal in furtherance of the online application dated 14.09.2021.

By filing affidavit-in-reply, respondent No.2 has contended that after receipt of the online renewal application, Discrepancy Letters dated 20.09.2021 and 12.06.2024 were issued to the petitioner. The renewal of the petitioner's license was kept in abeyance for want of

2 906 WP 4889-2025.odt pending compliance. It is further contended that, the respondents have received various letters from the private parties objecting to the renewal of license of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach respondent No.2 and remove the deficiencies in the proposal. After removal of such deficiencies, respondent No.2 shall consider the petitioner's proposal for renewal, in accordance with law. 4.

The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of removal of the deficiencies. 5.
