We have perused the order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.14468 of 2024. By the said order, the Secretary, Ministry Revenue and Forest was directed to consider the Petitioner's prayer for grant of interim relief in Revision Application No.3493 of 2024 within a period of three weeks of receiving copy of the said order.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that till today this order has not be complied with.

Time of one week is granted to the Respondent No.3 to file an affidavit indicating the reason for non compliance with the order dated 23.10.2024.
