We have perused the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the Respondent No.3. Various reasons have been assigned for failing to comply with the directions issued on 23.10.2024 in writ Petition No.14468 of 2024. An unconditional apology for the delay in such compliance is also being tendered.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit coupled with the unconditonal apology, it is not necessary to further precipitate this issue. Suffice it to observe that the next date of the proceedings before the State Government is 09.05.2025.

Accordingly, it is directed that on 09.05.2025 the Respondent No.3 through its Additional Chief Secretary shall hear the concerned parties on the prayer for interim relief and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from that date. Husen 1/2

The further statement made that the revisional proceedings would be decided within a period of three months from that date is also accepted.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions with no order as to costs.
