This petition is moved today in the morning and is kept at 02.30 pm. Due to paucity of time this court finds it difficult to hear the parties at length and therefore, this court is thinking of protecting the petitioner.

The learned advocate for the caveator vehemently opposed the prayer of interim relief. He submits that after long

(2) 1WP4905.25 battle now the authorities have passed the order. If interim relief is granted, entire process will have to be taken again, which would cause hardship to the respondents. He further submits that though the petition is only against the order of vacating the status-quo order by MRT, in fact the order of abatement is passed on 27-09-2024 and as on today there is no challenge and no steps are taken by the petitioner in that regard. 4.

Be that as it may, this court is not in a position to take up the matter today, this court is adjourning the same to 23-04-2025, in fresh admission category.

The action is kept in abeyance only till 23-04-2025. 6.
