Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 8 July 2025. 2.

By the impugned order, the Divisional Joint Registrar has granted sanction to prosecute the Managing Committee of the society under Section 148(3) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

Considering the reasons assigned in the order, in my opinion, prima facie case for grant of interim relief is made out.

Hence, until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
