Heard Mr Aney, learned Senior Advocate appears on behalf of the Petitioner and Mr. Kakade, learned AGP for the State. By the judgment and order dated 25 August 2021 in Writ Petition Nos. 10611 of 2019 and Writ Petition (st) No. 26123 of 2019, the orders impugned in those Petitions were quashed by the learned Single Judge and the Revisions were remitted to the Hon'ble Minister for deciding them afresh in accordance with law after hearing all concerned.

Mr. Aney points out that till date, the Revisions have not been disposed of. Accordingly, this Petition seeks directions for the disposal of the Revisions within a time-bound schedule. 3.

Mr. Kakade, learned AGP, on instructions states that the Revision would be disposed of within eight weeks from today. This statement is accepted and directions are issued for disposal of the Revisions referred to in prayer Clause 'A' of this Petition as expeditiously as possible and in any event within the eight weeks from today.

Needless to add the Revisional Authority will abide by the observations made by the learned Single Judge in the order dated 25 August 2021 disposing of the above referred Writ Petitions in which remand was ordered. Revisional Authority will decide the Revisions in accordance with law and after taking into account all the relevant material that the parties may place before it.

All contentions of all parties are however left open before to be determined by the Revisional Authority in the first instance. This Petition is disposed of with the above directions without any order for costs.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
