The petitioners by way of these separate writ petitions are putting up a challenge to the common judgment and order of the respondent/scrutiny committee dated 03.03.2025, thereby rejecting their claims of Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe.

Heard. Issue notice. The learned AGP waives service.

The impugned order, in fact, is a common order not only in respect of the claims of these petitioners but two other blood relatives namely Yogendra Rajeshwar Gonare and Dnyaneshwar Rajeshwar Gonare. Since it is a matter of common order being under challenge, when this Court in writ petition nos.3508/2025 and 3523/2025 has already quashed and set aside the impugned judgment and order in respect of Yogendra Rajeshwar Gonare and Dnyaneshwar Rajeshwar Gonare, the writ petitions are allowed and disposed of for the self same reasons.

The impugned order is quashed and set aside even to the extent of these petitioners. The committee shall issue certificates of validity to each of these petitioners which shall be co-terminus with the validities which the committee has decided to re-open.
